When Home Doesn't Feel Like a Place on Earth

What if the feeling of not quite belonging has been guiding you somewhere you were always meant to find?

Have you ever carried a quiet feeling that you don't quite belong here?

Perhaps you've felt it since childhood. A sense that you're somehow different. That life on Earth often feels strangely unfamiliar, even though you've spent your whole life here. You may have found yourself longing for somewhere that feels like home, but can't be found on any map. It can be difficult to explain. After all, you may have a loving family, wonderful friends and a life that, on the surface, looks much like everyone else's. Yet beneath it all, there's a gentle homesickness that never quite goes away. If any of this resonates with you, I want you to know something.

You're not alone.

Over the years I've worked with many people who have shared exactly the same experience. Some have carried it for as long as they can remember. Many have never spoken about it before, worried that nobody would understand.

Journey of Discovery

Every regression session begins with the intention to discover the source of the issue, and we gently follow wherever your journey naturally unfolds. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where your own inner wisdom can lead the way. Every journey is unique. For some, it's like coming home. I've had the privilege of guiding many people through these extraordinary journeys. Every experience is different.

Different places.

Different landscapes.

Different ways of living.

Different cultures.

Different ways of relating to one another.

Just as travelling around our own world introduces us to different countries, traditions and perspectives, these journeys often reveal places that are uniquely beautiful in their own way. Some people describe experiencing communities that feel deeply harmonious, where cooperation comes naturally, where there is a profound sense of connection, and where life is lived with a level of love and consciousness that can be deeply moving to witness. What touches me most, however, isn't where people go. It's how they feel when they get there. There is often such an overwhelming sense of recognition.

Of peace.

Of unconditional love.

Of remembering.

Of finally being home.

One of the greatest gifts of these sessions is that people have the opportunity to experience that feeling fully. To reconnect with a place that feels deeply familiar, to explore it with curiosity, and simply to soak up the feeling of being home again before returning to this life with fresh understanding.

Even after all these years, these sessions continue to fill me with awe. As a facilitator, I sometimes feel as though I've been given a front row seat to some of the most extraordinary moments of remembrance imaginable. Witnessing someone reconnect with a place that feels deeply familiar to them is an incredible privilege. What fascinates me most is not simply discovering where someone experiences themselves as coming from. It's witnessing what that understanding changes within them.

Why Am I Here?

For many people, these experiences bring something even more profound. Many begin to understand why they feel their soul chose to be here, living this human life, at this particular time.  Each person's understanding is deeply personal. Some discover lessons they came to learn. Others gain clarity about qualities they came to develop or share. Many come away with a quiet but powerful understanding that their presence here matters. Some experience a deep knowing that they have chosen to be here to contribute in their own unique way, perhaps by bringing greater compassion, kindness, healing, creativity or joy into the world. Not through grand gestures. But simply through the way they live. Sometimes, just by being here.

Bringing Home Back With You

One of the most beautiful parts of these sessions is that people don't simply remember where they have come from.

They bring something back with them.

The love they experienced.

The peace.

The wisdom.

The sense of belonging.

The feeling of living in a place where connection, cooperation and love are simply part of everyday life.

Those qualities don't disappear when the session ends. People often carry them back into their everyday lives here on Earth. Instead of spending their lives yearning for home, they begin to realise they can carry the feeling of home within them.

And everything starts to shift.

For some, that reconnection can also bring a profound sense of healing. As one client described it:

“I had a beautiful encounter with my soul essence, which freed me from the inner pain.”

Another client described her experience beautifully:

"Since I was very young, the vastness of the sky both fascinated and frightened me. As I grew older, I found myself looking up, searching for answers. During my session, I experienced a completely different way of being and understood things about myself that I had never been able to explain before. Strangely, it was by reconnecting with that experience that I came to appreciate the beauty of life on Earth, our emotions and our human connections in a completely new way."

To me, that captures something incredibly important.

These journeys aren't about escaping Earth.

They're about learning to love being here.

Perhaps Your Greatest Contribution Is Simply Being You

Many people leave these sessions with a quieter, gentler understanding of their place in the world.

Some feel inspired to heal.

Some to teach.

Some to create.

Some to support others.

Some simply begin living with greater authenticity and compassion.

One of the most beautiful discoveries is that changing the world doesn't always require doing extraordinary things. Sometimes your greatest contribution is the energy you bring into each day.

The kindness you show.

The joy you choose.

The love you share.

Perhaps raising the vibration of our world begins exactly there.

One joyful, authentic human being at a time.

Finding Home

However a person chooses to interpret their experience, the transformation can be profound. People often leave these sessions with a renewed sense of peace, purpose and trust. Not because all of life's challenges disappear. But because they no longer feel quite so alone. Perhaps home was never something they had lost. Perhaps it was something they just needed to remember. And sometimes, remembering where your soul feels most at home makes it infinitely easier to understand why you're here... and to embrace this beautiful, messy, extraordinary human life with a little more peace, a little more purpose...

...and perhaps, above all, with a little more joy.
