My Story
I'm glad you're here.
If you'd like to understand how I came to this work, I'd love to share a little of my story with you.
I help people heal, grow and reconnect with who they truly are through transformational sessions, retreats, training and wellbeing experiences.
My journey into this work began in an unexpected way. Following the birth of my twin boys, I experienced a period of postnatal depression which became the starting point of a profound healing journey. As I searched for answers and ways to heal naturally, I discovered many of the therapeutic and healing approaches that brought about the deepest transformation in my own life and which I now use with my clients. What began as a personal healing journey gradually became my life's work.
My twin boys, now adults themselves, were not only my greatest gift but also the unexpected catalyst for the path I walk today. Through my own experience, I came to understand that healing is about far more than overcoming challenges. It's about reconnecting with ourselves, releasing what no longer serves us, and creating a life filled with greater peace, purpose, fulfilment and joy.

My first career was in television and radio, where I spent over a decade working as a presenter, reporter, producer and writer, primarily with the British Forces Broadcasting Service. Broadcasting to military personnel and their families around the world gave me the opportunity to connect with people in all kinds of circumstances. I spoke to those serving on operational deployments, often facing danger, separation and uncertainty, as well as the families back home carrying the emotional challenges of everyday life in their absence. Those years taught me the importance of listening, empathy and genuine human connection - qualities that continue to shape everything I do today.
I've always been drawn to people and their stories - what shapes us, how we cope, and how we make sense of life. Looking back, I can see that the core skills I developed during my broadcasting career - listening deeply, building rapport, creating trust and helping people feel at ease - naturally became the foundation for the work I do today.
My fascination with healing, consciousness and the bigger questions of life began long before my professional path took shape. As a child, I spent many happy hours with my beloved grandmother, affectionately known as "Da". She had an extraordinary curiosity about life and a deep interest in philosophy, consciousness and reincarnation. What made her particularly remarkable was that she could consciously remember some of her past lives, something that fascinated me from a young age. Our conversations sparked a lifelong curiosity about the nature of the soul, our purpose here, and the possibility that life is far more vast and mysterious than we often perceive.
Over the years, I have trained extensively in hypnosis, regression therapy, inner child healing, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), energy healing and transformational approaches to personal growth. Today I work with clients both in person and online, supporting them through a wide range of emotional, physical, spiritual and life challenges. I am also privileged to train students from around the world and serve as Co-Director of Training for the International School of Hypnosis and Regression Therapy.
What I value most in this work is witnessing the shifts that happen when people are given the right support, tools and space to heal. Whether someone comes to me seeking relief from anxiety, emotional healing, greater confidence, a deeper sense of purpose, or simply a desire to live with more joy and fulfilment, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing them reconnect with their own inner wisdom, strength and authenticity.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: that we are all far more resilient, capable and remarkable than we often realise. I believe healing is always possible, that every challenge carries the potential for growth, and that each of us has a unique path to walk and gifts to share with the world.
My work is grounded, practical and deeply personalised. The most profound healing I experienced came through approaches that work with the subconscious mind and the deeper aspects of who we are. Those experiences transformed my life and inspired me to help others discover the same potential for healing, growth and lasting change.
I don't believe people need to hold any particular beliefs for this work to be effective. They simply need to be open to the experience. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where healing, insight and transformation can unfold in a way that feels right for each individual. Every person is unique, and every healing journey is different.
I remain endlessly curious about people, healing and what it truly means to live well. It's a curiosity that continues to shape both my work and my life.
In my free time, you'll most likely find me spending time with family and friends, walking my beloved chocolate Labrador Ruby, travelling, skiing, scuba diving, exploring beautiful beaches, dancing under the stars, lying in my hammock or enjoying good conversations about life, the universe and everything in between.
Looking back, curiosity has always been one of the strongest guiding forces in my life. At eighteen, it took me to Borneo, where I volunteered at Camp Leakey, an orangutan research and rehabilitation centre founded by the renowned primatologist Professor Biruté Galdikas. Caring for and observing these incredible creatures in such a unique environment remains one of the most meaningful experiences of my life and reflects my lifelong love of nature, exploration, connection and discovery.
Alongside my therapeutic work, writing has become another way for me to to live a full and meaningful life. I have co-written Back to Life a novel and feature film screenplay - a wildly imaginative comedy-drama that blends irreverent honour, heart and metaphysical intrigue, turning everything we think we know about life and death delightfully on its head. And the story doesn't end there, with three further seasons already taking shape beyond the film, each with its own unfolding adventures. I am also writing How to Do Life: Follow the Fun - a warm, honest and often humorous invitation to embrace joy, trust our intuition, take a few more chances, and make the most of this extraordinary adventure we call life.
One of my guiding principles in life is simple:
Follow the fun
Over the years, I've discovered that joy isn't the reward waiting at the end of the journey. More often than not, it's the compass that helps us find our way.
If you feel I'm the right person to support you, I'd be delighted to be part of your own journey of healing, growth and transformation.
